RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If there are any signs of wear, damaged or if the tags are removed the return will not be authorised. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rayelle.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address to return your items to. In your email please include, name, order number and the reason for return.

Return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend returning your parcel with an insured service from your chosen courier. Make sure your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'Returned Goods', to avoid any customs charges. Rayelle is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
